Default Rules based on Bayesian technology (or some other rule creating feature)

I would like a feature that would start creating rules as I move messages
around. Is there any addins or code that does this?
I am familiar with Spam bayes, but tha is for SPAM, and I am looking for
something that would work with my NORMAL messages.

Thanks!
Bruce
