Outlook 2003 WinXP Pro SP2
I've set up a rule to read the headers of incoming emails and when finding the appropriate text to move the email to a certain folder. Problem is that the emails are being copied to that folder instead of being moved there so I have two copies. If anyone has any clues, I'd sure appreciate it. Thanks, Bob |

I'm using a POP3 account, not Exchange. Bob |

Exactly what it says - no more rules/actions are applied to that email.
