I recently upgraded from outlook 2000 to 2002, and noticed a very much slower
speed when trying to find emails from a specific sender in 2002 compared to 2000. No, I am not searching freetext. I switched off the IM in the options. I compacted the PST file. Other variables did not change. In outlook 2000 the last emails came first on my screen, but in outlook 2002 it starts at the bottom end of my inbox. Is there a way to "reindex" my PST file so that my messages from a specific sender are found faster, or that it displays the latest messages first? Or should I reimport the PST file into a blanc outlook 2002? please advise Wilbertb |
