Dear All,
I need small help.

Every friday I send email to 20 people to provide me update about their
part on one event... i found it compurson to complie who have completed
and who has not... then I moved to using task and started receiving
individual completion status .. problem is actually writing those 20
individual tasks every week ... thats painful ... Those are same set of
tasks assigned to 20 different people on friday.. by next tuesday they
need to confirm if its complete or not...

Is there a way to write a script so that at one click multiple
predefined taks would be fired to different individuals?

This would be great help.
