Limit on number of saved message in sent folder
I have been an Outlook user for a long time and run a business. It seems
that my sent folder has not saved all my messages from more than about a month ago. It is important that I can retrieve my sent messages from many years ago. Is this a bug or do I need to set something to keep it from limiting how long or how many it will save?

I believe I have Outlook 2003 and it isn't keeping even 16,000.

The only archive.pst I can find on my machine is dated today. That won't

That date should be the modified date which likely means the archive file is
current. Is it a file I can just open with a text editor or do I need to use the
