When I go to BCC or CC someone no contact folders show in the drop
down list box to pick contacts from. When I right click on a contact folder (e.g. Contacts) Properties / Address Book the Check Box to Add folder to Outlook Address Book is dimmed. -- "J. J." |

You must install the Outlook address-book before you can add a contact folder as e-mail address-book. To install Outlook's address-book go to Tools | E-Mail-Accounts | Address-books (I don't know the correct path in an english version of Outlook [I use a german version], but I am sure you will find it anyway ;-) ) There you can add the Outlook address book. -- Best Regards Christian Goeller |
