Default Cannot share calendars

We are using Small Business Server 2003 with Exchange. When we open up
Outlook 2003 the "Share My Calendar" link is not visible in the
Navigation pane, even though we are using the Exchange server that came
with SBS 2003.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Daryl
