We have several csa's that need to answer email sent to our customer
service email address. How can I allow them to all view the messages
and respond using their own email address? I also want to know how
many messages each of them responded to each day. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

No, we are not an Exchange house but what if we were? Not that I'm
looking to change mail servers but I am looking for a solution.

VisNetic MailFlow allows multiple agents to access the same emails. It
provides reporting on how many messages were sent to a specific email
address, how long did it take for an agent to reply, which agents
responded to what messages, etc.

VisNetic MailFlow provides a complete history of all customer
correspondence, which is of benefit to sales and customer service
agents. It's web based and works with any mail server.

There's also an online demo where you can have a look at the solution
without having to install it first.

yes, I work for the company.

If you were using Exchange this would not be a very big deal to
accomplish....you could grant/revoke permissions to entire mailboxes
(including Send As rights) and so forth. You might look at SBS 2003 ?

I looked at visnetic mailflow and it looks promising, we've decide to
give the trial a whirl. The price was more attractive than moving to
another mail server or SBS.

Thanks for everyone's help.
