Why can you not answer my questions? Can you not understand that "contact

Two of us have asked you for clarification and told you how to do so. No one
else has been able to decipher your question either. As to your wish that I move on... granted. For the second time, I give up. Post accurate and clear information if you expect help in a newsgroup. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Bob" wrote in message news:vHWRg.5355$rg1.2723@dukeread01... You will have solved this problem long ago I feel but the way I achieve what
I think you want to is to open the contact. Where it says "File as" there is an arrow to the right of the window. Click on it and it gives you various options as to how the record is filed. e.g by company name, last name or first name. -- David "Bob" wrote: Microsoft Outlook 2002 (10.6515.6811) SP3 The contact (address) list in Microsoft Outlook is in first name, last name I want last name, first name.
