Outlook 2003 - Exchange 2000 - Unicode and .PST
I am upgrading my mobile users to Outlook 2003 to get better remote
performance for them. When I point the Auto Archive to the existing Outlook XP .pst file I get an error about the file being non-Unicode and that I should create a Non-Unicode personal Folder to hold the non-Unicode file. Can someone please point me in the direction of a how-to for this? I'm not sure exactly what I need to do here and why.
