I set up the Rules Wizard to send messages with key words in the subject and
or message to a certain folder. I have applied the rule and run the wizard,
but it still isn't applying the rule. Any ideas?

Are you referring to existing messages or new messages that are currently
arriving?

Do you have other rules enabled that are preceeding your new rule?
Sometimes a rule is superceeded by rules higher up the rule list that
interfere with the new rule? You could test this out by disabling all
"other" rules and sending a test messge to yourself to see if it works
by itself first.

Also check to ensure it is not sending a "copy" of the message to the
other folder rather than "moving" the message?
