Why are some messages missing it's text?

I used a previous version of outlook (2002) and had no problem receiving
messages; now I'm using the trial version 2003 and questions from ebay are
not showing the text. It shows I have a message but in preview or the
actually message nothing is there. No filters have been set by me so I have
no clue what to do.
