Default how to receive my emails to my personal folder (ie lianne) in inbo

Before I start I am computer illiterate, so please humour me. I am using
microsoft outlook. I used to receive my emails in my named folder in inbox,
my partners went to inbox. I some how deleted my folder, which I have
retrieved but now my emails go to inbox, how do I put it right. If I do
receive a reply and some one can help me, please bear in mind that technical
terms mean nothing. Thankyou Lianne

Hi, I am also pretty clueless but here goes. You go to 'tools', 'message
rules', 'mail', and from the list on the right, click 'new'.

In box 1 you can select 'where the TO line contains people'.

In box 2 you select which folder you want it delivered to.

In box 3 you click the underlined words and when the box comes up you put in
your name, and then click 'add'.

Then do the same for the specified folder.

In box 4 you name the rule, and then click 'apply' or/and 'ok'.

Hope that helps.

If you are asking about Outlook Express, you are in the wrong forum. Office's
Outlook has only one Inbox and does not have Identities. If you do have
Office's Outlook 2003, just make a new folder in the Inbox for yourself by
selecting NewFolder on the menu and set up a Rule (ToolsRules & Alerts)to
deliver your mail to that folder. Get your partner to help.
