Default Followup flag time dropdown box

Hey all,

When flagging a message for followup, is there a way to either change
the list of times displayed or change your default start position in
the list? Ideally I'm looking to start at the 8:00 AM entry and range
through the rest of the business day.

Thanks,
Matt
