Default Outlook 2002 "send updates" issue

User has Outlook 2002 sp2. When she adds or deletes attendees from a
meeting, she no longer gets the pop-up window to send updates only to
added or deleted attendees. Every time she makes a meeting change and
hits "Save and Close" or "Send Updates", the updates are sent to all
attendees. The pop-up window was appearing on Monday, then not on
Tuesday. We have not pushed down any changes nor does the user have the
ability to install updates on her own. Any ideas would be greatly
appreciated.
