Default Using Custom Installation Wizard: Leave off Language Bar

I'm using the Custom Installation Wizard to install Outlook 2003 at my
company. Unfortunatley I cannot figure out how to keep the language bar
from installing.

Can someone please tell me where, in the Installation Wizard, that I
can find the option to turn off the language bar?

Thanks.
