how do I delete messages from my Inbox
I followed the instructions to purge the deleted items in Inbox.... nothing
appeared to happen but when I closed out of Outlook and was asked if I wanted to permantely delete these items,I said yes ....it works for me.

Is this an IMAP mailbox?
