In my Outlook Meetings "scheduling" tab, when I move my cursor on
user schedules (blue bars) I'm able to see the details of the meetings for some and I don't for some. How/Where can I turn that feature off so that no one else can see details of my meetings? Pls advice! |

The only people whose details you can see are ones that have given you
permission to their Calendar. Conversely, the only people who can see details of your meetings are ones that you have given permission to. Check your permissions on your Calendar - right click your calendar folder, Properties, permissions. Make sure Default is "none"and see if the list shows anybody's name with a permission level beside it. "Maurice" wrote in message oups.com...
