Default Outlook 2000 freezes

Sometimes Outlook 2000 will freeze on me when I try to send emails with HTML
in them, with plain text it's not a problem.

I do have all updates from MS loaded & installed.

My PST file is 850 MB, and I believe that Outlook 2000 should be good for a
PST of 2 GB, correct?

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Lukas
