Default Outlook 2003 Problem with "from" field at receiver's end ....please help

I've used Outlook for sometime and am now using 2003.
When I send out e-mail, in the receiver's "From" is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Most people think this is spam and deletes without reading.
How can I get my address to show back up. Been through
all the settings in Outlook but nothing stands out.

This just started last week. I know of nothing I did to cause this.
Please HELP. Thanks
