Default Using Firefox to open links in Outlook

Hello,

I set my default browser to be Firefox, I click a link in Outlook it
opens fine. When I close Outlook and reopen it and then try to click a
link I get an error saying "This operation has been canceled due to
restrictions on this computer." The only way I can get it to work again
is if I first set Internet Explorer to be my default and then make
Firefox my default again. Any ideas how to fix this?
