I have a user that cannot access their exchange box with ANY machine running
Outlook 2000. When I try, I get the infamous error below: "OUTLOOK.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created." I've tried all of the Micro$oft troubleshooting techniques, but the problem appears to be with the exchange mailbox. However, OWA and later versions of Outlook will open the mailbox just fine (I don't have access to earlier versions). Can someone please shed some light on this? I will cross post this to the exchange newsgroups. -- Wack ---- This message will self destruct. |
