![]() I have MS Office Outlook 2003, not Outlook Express. I have 3 small companies, they each have their own name, website and domain. When i send an e-mail every time again, i have to watch out for: - to use the right account - to use the right signature My question is: Is there a clever way to make sure that when i select a certain e-mail account, that i automatically have the right signature too ? |

In Tools | Options | Mail Format, set Word as your email editor and assign a signature to each account.

David,
Yes, there is a way. Go into Tools/Options/Mail Format. At the bottom, you can set the signatures that you want associated with each email account. Neil "David Verbeek" wrote in message ... Did you also set Word as your email editor? That's a prerequisite for this featue.

Go back into the setup of signatures and double check what it is showing.
If it shows what you want, I would change it to something else, exit out of Outlook and go back into Outlook and change it again to the way you want. Neil You are right But apparently, as Sue already mentioned, it only works if i use word as my e-mail editor ! Stupid, isn't it ? |
