Office 2002
I use Outlook only for contacts and calender. I have no email account set
up.
I use OE for emails and Newsgroups. It is set as default email client.

Every time I open Outlook, OE stops being the default email program.

I have to go to IE6 to rearrange that the program to use for emails should
be OE.
But next time I open Outlook, same problem appears again

There may be an option for that in Outlook he Tools menu Options

Thanks Vince, but it does not contain any option that may solve the problem.
It is a pain in the neck, specially in Newsgroups or when one tries to right
click an image - SEND TO and instead of opening OE it opens Outlook.
No one knows any registry change that might prevent this switching from OE
to Outlook as default mail and newsgroup handler??
