Default Default Fonts When Converting to HTML?

Is there a way to change the default font and font size when conveting a
plain text email to an HTML email with Outlook 2003? On my system, it
always converts to Times Roman 10 pt. I seriously dislike that and would
love to change the font to 14 point at a minimum and to Arial if possible.
So far, I cannot find a way to do these even though I have changed all the
fonts at Tools Options Mail Format Stationary Fonts Fonts. I have
tried using "rich text" instead of HTML. It at least gives me Arial but it
is still 10 pt.

Thanks,
Doug
