Default How to create Public Calendar and synchronize it to user's calendars?

Ok from reading on here I understand there is no way to sync public
calendar to user's calendar. So what is a work around? We need 1 person
to be able to update 1 public calendar and propagate these changes to
multiple users. How is it accomplished in a automatic, user-friendly
way? (exchange 2000 / Outlook 2003 environment)

Thank you Sue, but this work around is not good. I tried their simplest
calendar sync P2P Sync. First it would ask me to allow it to access
Outlook every 10 min. then it crashed and I wasn't able to get it to
work again even after re-install. Add2Exchange is out of the question
because of pricing and stability concerns.

Any other way? Doesn't every company have a public calendar? Otherwise
a person has to update each and every one calendar for each user? How
do people synchronize their mobile devices with corporate calendars?

It seems like this kind of synchronization should've been a standard
feature.

AFAIK, all the known methods of synchronizing folders are on that page.

I imagine that most companies make it their employees' responsibility to stay up to date with the corporate calendar, rather than doing it for them.
