I’m having to type out people’s names in full instead of getting options
after three letters of their Christian names, am using outlook 2002 sp3.

Click on the Check Names button after typing a few letters and see if that
works. Have you checked Suggest names in Email Options, advanced options? "Pegasus" wrote: I’m having to type out people’s names in full instead of getting options after three letters of their Christian names, am using outlook 2002 sp3.
