Does the sender set their Importance to High?
-- Judy Gleeson - MVP Outlook Acorn Training and Consulting Canberra, Australia www.acorntraining.com.au When you post in here, always include your version, SP level, and mode (if applicable) of Outlook - you can find this information in Help | About. Also include the type of mail account(s) you use and any other pertinent details. Be sure to put a concise summary of your question in the subject line, and the full details in the body of your post. "Peter Kaufman" wrote in message ... Hi, Exchange 2000. Outlook 2003. Messages from a particular person usually show in red on any of the several users inboxes that receives them. If they are moved to another folder, they are not in red anymore. There is nothing in the current view settings (which are mostly default) that should cause this. There are no rules. I assume the sender is doing something to cause this, and would like to know what it is. Thanks, Peter |
