Default 553 Sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts. w/ Outlook 2003

Does anyone know why Outlook 2003 would bounce reply emails back with
the following email message:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: skype
Sent: 5/11/2006 4:42 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'Ed Johnson' on 5/11/2006 4:42 PM
553 Sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts.

'Brian Aguilar' on 5/11/2006 4:42 PM
553 Sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Only reply emails are rejected in this manner. New mail to the same
recipients works fine. I can't seem to figure out why replies are being
rejected. Any info you all could provide regarding the resolution of
this issie would be greatly appreciated.

The message should contain a web address for you to check to see if you have
a problem on your end or if it is your ISP. Normally, it is because your
ISP or IP is on an RBL.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, asked:
