Default Managing PST Files

Does anybody here know of any tools to better manage PST files?

I'm after somethaing that will graphicaly represent the usage of
messages in a PST.

In Outlook

ToolsMailbox Cleanup will give you lots of ways to view PST file usage.

ToolsMailbox Cleanup will give you lots of ways to view PST file usage.

Not enough control for me!

I'd like to be able to setup archives for each individual folder...

You can do that. Right-click each folder, choose Properties, then the
AutoArchive tab. Also see this:

I don't relish the idea of doing that for 300+ Outlook folders!

ArchivER is great - EXCEPT it dosn't support PSTs....yes I know it's
supposed to future-proof access to your messages, but I don't see
Microsoft giving up on the PST format for a few years just yet!

And even if they did, you would have an app that would be backward
compatible with PSTs!
