Hi there,
How can I select some contacts from my contact list and make a distribution list? I've tried selecting a hundred or so from my main contact list and hitting "copy", but when I go to the dist list, it won't paste into it.... nor will drag and drop work. How to do this? Thanks, Gordon |

ctl+shift+L - brings up distribution list.
select members brings up address list double click an item...and then another...and then another - scrolling through the list until you've added all you want. give it a name save it. done. |
