Default Object automatically appears when I send an email

I set up Outlook on my sister's computer and she says that everytime she
creates a new message or replies to an email, either a picture from her hard
drive or a text message from an email she has received recently appears.

I checked everything on Tools, Options, but could not find the problem.

Can anyone explain how this happens and how to fix it?

Default Object automatically appears when I send an email

John,

We had just downloaded some pictures to her hard drive before I set up
Outlook. One of these pictures was in the body when we created a new
message. This is before we typed anthing in the body.

Now the picture does not appear in the body when creating a new message,
however, a recent email message that she received appears instead.

She must delete these unwanted "objects" whenever she creates a new email
message or replies to an email message.

Hope you can help!

This is on of those things where you really need to be quite clear with her
what she means: What picture? What text? Appears in what sense? Appears
where? At what point when creating a new message? At what point when
replying?

Sorry, no idea.

Make sure she has antivirus (e.g. avast.com ) and spyware (e.g. spybot).

Other than that, not much else I can suggest.
