Default Error - "Memory could not be read"

For the past few weeks, I have been getting an error message appear four
times in succession when I exit out of Outlook. The message is exactly as
follows:

The instruction at "0x0ea553e5" referenced memory at "0x00000020". The
memory could not be "read".

I am running Windows XP Pro, and Outlook 2002 with SP3 installed.

The only thing I did recently was to install Microsoft's free Spyware
software. I thought perhaps that had caused the problem, so I uninstalled
it - but it made no difference.

Any help or suggestions on how to resolve this problem would be much
appreciated.
