I have a custom form I made myself, contains no code & is pretty basic.

In my organisation, which has multiple Outlook exchanges & 20,000 users over
many locations, if I send the form to myself or anyone on my own exchange,
it works. If I send the form to a user on another exchange, it does not get
delivered. Instead, what happens is an undeliverable notice is returned
some hours later saying it could not be delivered with the time frame
specified.

In addition, if I send the form to a public folder email address (as opposed
to an outlook user mailbox), a similar delay, only now it says it could not
be delivered due to an administrative policy on the server.

Ordinary message emails can be sent to the same addresses no problems. If I
send a blank form, it will be delivered. But as soon as I enter data on the
form, it will not deliver.

I dont have access to the admin side of things, so cant go looking at
exchange settings, policies etc. But any suggestions as to possible reasons
might help as I can pass this on to our IT admin dept who are currently
scratching their heads as to the cause.
