Why are toolbar positions not sticking?
My Outlook 2003 is giving me problems. In an earlier post I mentioned that
I now cannot permanently remove the formatting toolbar in the mail send window even although I am not using HTML and switch off the toolbar in the menu or by right click. Someone said just drag this toolbar to a new line which I can do but on reopening Outlook the formatting toolbar has again covered up other icons I need to have visible. I am the XP administrator so how can I fix this annoying problem. Beemer
