Outlook versions 2000, XP and 2003 - you can't - you have to use Outlook
Express. THere are plugins but I have not found a good free one yet ... I belive with the new version of Outlook (Outlook Live) that this will be included. "ema" wrote in message ... how is this achieved??? |

intergration of newsgroups and outlook express
"ema" wrote in message
... how is this achieved??? No integration (with other products) is required for Outlook EXPRESS which already incorporates support for NNTP (Network News Transfer Protocol). Outlook does *not* support NNTP, and as such must call Outlook EXPRESS to provide NNTP support. Outlook EXPRESS and Outlook are not the same product nor are they related products. Having a word in common in the product title does not make the products related, anymore than Word and WordPerfect are related products. Outlook is a component of Microsoft's Office suite oriented for business. Outlook EXPRESS is bundled with Internet Explorer, and is oriented for personal- or home-use. Outlook costs money. Outlook EXPRESS is free. This group is for Outlook, the title of this group. Post questions about Outlook EXPRESS in a group for that different software. -- __________________________________________________ _____ ** Post replies to the newsgroup.
