Default Calander across timezones

We have a user here that INSISTS that his computer is screwed up. He gets
calander appointments from one person in our east coast office and it has
been putting it in GMT - 5:00, rather than the correct GMT - 8:00. Could he
be correct? His systems shows the correct time and time zone. I am thinking
that the scheduling user has something askew on his side. Any ideas?

TIA!

Jon
