Default outlook 2003 sp2 - cannot open forwarded emails

Hi all,

I have a laptop with Outlook 2003. Everytime I try to open a forwarded email
message (double click envelope), I get the following error message:-

"The form required to view the message cannot be displayed. Contact your
administrator."

The same email attachment can be opened on my desktop with Outlook. Any
ideas??

TIA!

Ensure you turn on showing hidden files in the Windows
Explorer -tools-options-view.

After furious head scratching, am asked:

| I dont see that file in that folder. I guess I have to repair Outlook
| and/or create a new profile?
|
| TIA

|| Restart Outlook - the file will be recreated now by Outlook - and you
