After viewing messages and deleting them I still have a notification under
the user profile saying I have unread messages. Messages have been read and there is no new ones. How do I adjust settings? |

How do I adjust settings? Do you mean in your Windows XP "welcome" (login) screen? I think this is an XP thing - you might try posting in microsoft.public.windowsxp.general. Mention whether you're using Outlook or Outlook Express as it may make a difference....I mention this because a lot of people post Outlook Express questions in here although it's a group for MS Outlook only.
