Obviously you don't have a clue.

PST-file is a monster. It should be split into several files.
We use Schedule in our small office because the calendar file is
separate and can be shared.

That certainly is a debatable point. There are many approaches Microsoft
could have taken for how the data store could have been designed. They
chose that exists. I can't imagine they'd change it at this late date.
