Missing Work Offline option in Outlook 2003
Hi
I am trying to set offline folders in my outlook to work with exchange server, but all the menu items related to offline folders are missing. Mainly, the "Work Offline" item under the File menu is missing. What's the reason for that? Thanks in advance for your help

In your Exchange account setup, did you set a folder for offline items?
