DISAPPEARING NEW MAIL
When my 86 year old Mother types a long email she will get to the end and it
just disappears. Sometimes the "Save changes" window comes on, sometmes not. When it does and she says yes, the mail saved in drafts is only the last couple of letters of her long mail. This does not happen when she types short emails. Any ideas?
