Formatting toolbar in New Message box
For some unknown reason on the Format tab of my New Message window, the
Style, Font, Paragraph, etc is grayed out and also the Formatting bar is greyed out. What it the fix here? How can I open a New Message box with these formatting features in place as I have had in the past? All help is appreciated. Thanks in advance, Fran

Click on a spot in the message text area. Is the Format Bar still grayed

I must be missing something here. If you put the cursor in the message body

Formatting toolbar in New Message box
New message windows open with the cursor in the To field. The To field
cannot be formatted, so formatting options are grayed out.
