Default How to add Name, Phone, Department into footnote?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to add Name, Phone, Department at the
end of each email I send out as a footnote?

Default How to add Name, Phone, Department into footnote?

You could incorporate this information into a default signature. To make it
a literal footnote, you'd have to create a custom stationery and use it as
your default for all HTML messages.
