Default Outlook Web Access (OWA) in Outlook / Outlook Express

I know that this is not the first post about OWA in OE, but my question
is new. My company uses Outlook Web Access, and I managed to setup my
Outlook Express to access my emailaccount, but I have one problem:

approximately 40% of the time, my Outlook Express fails when trying to
get the email, giving the error:

Reaction of server: 'Forbidden', Port: 0, Errornumber: 0x800CCC33

Does anyone know this problem and/or a way to solve it?

Thanx in advance!

That sounds like you are trying to poll a Hotmail server. See this article:

Express:

Thanx for your reaction. I am not trying to poll a Hotmail server, I
select a http-type server, and give the adres off my OWA webmail:
http://webmail.myServer.nl/exchange/myAccount/

and as I explained, this works fine for about 60% of the time
(downloading emails and folders, no subfolders).

Problems with OWA are usually in the setup and depend on the version of OWA
being used:

Microsoft Exchange Server: Comparing Office Outlook Web Access to Earlier
Versions:

In any case, your question would be better directed to a newsgroup for
Exchange users since Outlook Express users and MVPs have little or no
exposure or experience with OWA (Outlook Web Access). Good luck.
