My email prints way too large in the message only. The printer is okay-I was
told by the manufacturer that this is an OE problem. It started about 6 weeks ago. I have Windows XP service pack 2. Any help appreciated. |

Hi Mrs. Mopp,
Outlook Express and Internet Explorer may need to be set to use the same font size. From the Microsoft KB: To resolve this problem, change the font size to smallest in both Internet Explorer and Outlook Express, restart Microsoft Windows, and then change the font size back to medium. To do this, reset the font size by using the following steps in this section.
