Default Outlook Express folders move from workstation to server

For various computer usage reasons, I want to have each workstation's Outlook
Express folders placed on the users folder on our server. How would I do
that?

You don't.
OE does not support network storage.

You cannot do that with Outlook Express.
You can do that with Outlook.
