Message: When I open Outlook Express it says it is receiving mail, but then
deletes it all before displaying it. The mail can be found on my internet provider web mail, RoadRunner, but only if I open that before I open Outlook. As soon as I open Outlook it deletes the messages I just viewed on my RoadRunner web mail. As I understand it, the e-mail goes there first. |

Watch your shorthand. Outlook and Outlook Express are NOT the same
application. Do you find the deleted messages in Deleted Items folder? View Current View: Is "Show all messages" enabled here? -- ~Robear Dyer (PA Bear) MS MVP-Windows (IE, OE, Security, Shell/User) AumHa VSOP & Admin http://aumha.net DTS-L http://dts-l.org/ zeke wrote: Message: When I open Outlook Express it says it is receiving mail, but then deletes it all before displaying it. Hey PA Bear,
It's Outlook Express. I don't use Outlook. No - the messages are not in the 'deleted items folder'. And yes - 'show all messages' is enabled. Could it be Mcafee - screwing up as usual?? They say all is OK on their end. Zeke "PA Bear" wrote: Watch your shorthand. Outlook and Outlook Express are NOT the same application. Do you find the deleted messages in Deleted Items folder?
