Is there a way to save attachments from the emails in the inbox on to a
destination folder? If so, how?

Thanks

From all the messages in an Inbox folder? You will need a 3rd party
utility to do that such as OEX from this link:

OEX:

I've used it for quite some time now and it is a very handy program to have.
It also has many other uses as outlined on the website. Good luck.
