![]() "Bruce Hagen" כתב .. . I'm not sure what you did, or why you had two store folders, but in Win2K, dbx files are hidden, so include Hidden Files and Folders in your search. -- Bruce Hagen MS MVP - Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "iag" wrote in message ... I had 2 store folders, and wanted to switch from one to the other. Without warning the folders in the Store Folder I wanted to switch to to were moved to the other store folder I wanted to switch from, and deleted from their former store folder. (The box asking to confirm if you wanted to move as opposed to switch folders didn't appear in this case.) I cannot now get back to the original email folders which seem lost without trace. Not in Recycle Bin, not to be found with a .dbx search. Is their any way to get at the "missing" files (which are my main email folders...). I have avoided writing anything more to disk. Using W2K and OE6. Ian |
